The water cooler was sent with FedEx to me in Europe. They packed it really well. It is great to do business directly with an actual manufacturer. For example I was able to easily purchase an additional set of pump seals which they included in the package. With the supplied 1.5 meter length hose with ID of 8mm it fills a measuring cup with a flow rate of 5 l/min. I still need to purchase a TIG torch to see what flow rate I would get on that. Anyway the water cooler seems to be decently build!
